Beth Cohen has been practicing massage therapy since 1993, when she graduated from the Stillpoint Center School of Massage. For eleven years, Beth was on staff at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, where she studied and practiced a wide array of healing modalities.
One of Beth’s passions is treating people to Thai Massage, which she learned in 1999 from Jonas Westring and Kam Thye Chow. She later studied Yogassage with Don and Amba Stapleton.
Beth is also a certified Kripalu Yoga and YogaDance Instructor who holds a Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling.
She works part time as an Expressive Arts Therapist, treating troubled adolescents, and people with chronic mental illness and substance abuse issues.
A passionate student of human nature and spirituality, Beth calls upon her knowledge and experience of bodywork, yoga, meditation, and expressive therapies to create a holistic healing experience that is unique to each individual. She believes that stress is the root cause of all dis-ease and that deep relaxation and reconnection to our core Self is the pathway to greater health, freedom, and aliveness.
