Based in the philosophies of mindfulness meditation and Kripalu Yoga, this form of healing will provide you with the basic tools and experience of meditation that many people desire, yet find confusing or daunting. You will be guided and supported in witnessing and tracking your inner experience, moment by moment, and allowing it to integrate and transform. You will develop fresh insight, greater peace of mind, and feel more grounded and at home in your body.
