Tension Relief Massage
Relieves general and specific muscle tension anywhere in the body. Clients can specify where to focus: shoulder tension, back, beck, hips, etc. Massage therapists use any combination of techniques such as Deep Tissue, NMT, Swedish, and Thai Massage, to address muscle tension.
Sports Recovery Massage
Restores sore muscle tissues after a workout or a sports event. Therapists use any combination of techniques such as Deep Tissue, NMT, Thai, Relaxation, Circulatory and Swedish massage techniques, to speed up tissue recovery.
Induces the relaxation response in the body and mind. Therapists use Swedish circulatory massage and Thai massage techniques. This treatment does not usually work on deeper layers of tissue, or address any specific concerns.
Releases pressure and tension in the muscles and joints around the hips, back, and shoulders in expecting moms.
