My purpose is to Heal. My whole life i have learned to help others.
My audience is the whole world one soul at a time. Anyone who is in pain or suffering I welcome to relax and heal through a blend of bodywork.
Healing to me encompasses the senses. To me there are 3 ways to tap into the soul. Musically, physically, and from our roots (in nature)
Through the Boy Scouts I did so physically and emotionally volunteering; ranging from building and maintaining hiking trails, recycling, and organizing concerts to preform for local nursing homes. I continue to play and preform music today. The Boy scouts also gave me a close relationship with nature. I believe escaping to nature is crucial to heal both physically and emotionally.
I received the Rank of Eagle Scout in 2002. Preformed at the Lincoln Center in NYC. Graduated from Contiva institute formally MTI. I continue to study massage and am well versed in Gradual deep tissue work. I am an Intuitive healer who blends energy healing with MFR, DT and sports modalities to get down to the source.
People shouldn't merely listen to me. But feel the work, release what needs to leave and listen to their truth to move forward.
I'm proud of my clients who have learned to listen to their bodies. Helping themselves is the first step to healing the world.
We are all on the same path just finding our way up the mountain.
I am serious, yet silly. I am passionate to heal but really try to feel the vibe with each moment and understand when some good laughter is best too.

I studied massage at the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy where I completed a 750 hour program. In addition to Swedish and deep tissue, I also studied Myofascial Release I, II, and unwinding with John Barnes.
Massage came very easily to me, as an intuitive way to connect to people, and to offer caring and support. It has been a great relief in my experience with chronic pain, and I have found my calling in providing the same relief to others in need.
Before becoming a massage therapist, I studied art at MassArt and had various odd jobs. Currently in addition to practicing massage, I am studying the Alexander Technique with Tommy Thompson and one day hope to teach as well.

My fascination with the human body and its movements began early on. At age 11, I began dancing in the style of breaking, commonly known as break-dancing. Through dancing, I have learned firsthand how the body is connected and functions together as a whole. I am a Suffolk University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management. Seeking a career more related to my passion for dancing and movement, a decision to switch careers was made.
I decided to pursue bodywork when I experienced how its treatments significantly supported my own healing process from Piriformis Syndrome in 2014. Since graduating from the Cortiva Institute, I work with a wide array of clientele. They range from those seeking general relaxation, overcoming injuries, to athletes and other active lifestyle practitioners. My knowledge of the body and its functions, through dancing and schooling, sets my treatments apart with a holistic approach and unique techniques.
Under the philosophy "always a student, never a master", I am continuously learning and growing in the bodywork field through continuing education courses to enrich my treatments. Today, I am still dancing, competing and performing wherever and everywhere it takes me. I hopes to make an impact in the bodywork field as I do with dancing, always a student to both.
