Running Clinic is for beginning and experienced runners who would like to improve their running performance, running experience, and prevent potential injuries from running.
During each session, we focus on some or all of the following:
Running Clinic includes a 20 to 30-Minute Neuromuscular Therapy (as needed).
Please wear running shoes and comfortable clothing as we may go outside (weather permitting) to observe gait, stride, and mechanics.
Slava Kolpakov is a Neuromuscular Therapist who has worked with many running injuries and has had great success in reversing and preventing injuries.
Please note that Running Clinic includes hands-on bodywork combinations of NMT and Thai Massage to address specific concerns.
